Spring Contracting Group partnered with Studio 343 Architects to bring YNWA Vet Clinic to life, a vibrant, high-functioning veterinary practice nestled in the heart of Canton, one of Baltimore City’s most energetic and tight-knit neighborhoods. This 3,170 SF interior fit-out balances clinical precision with playful design, reflecting the joyful spirit of pet care. The clinic includes dedicated exam rooms, surgical suites, treatment areas, and specialized isolation zones, all tailored to meet modern veterinary standards for safety, hygiene, and acoustic control. Custom millwork, cheerful finishes, and thoughtful spatial flow help reduce patient stress and enhance client experience. Reception and check-in zones are bright and welcoming, with durable, pet-friendly materials that withstand daily wear and high traffic. The treatment and procedure areas are outfitted with advanced medical gas distribution, enhanced lighting, and integrated digital diagnostics for seamless care delivery. Staff zones include a break area and kitchenette to support team wellness and collaboration.
