Spring Contracting Group delivered the original 8,000 SF office fit-out and a subsequent 2,000 SF expansion for Aerotek | Aston Carter, a nationally recognized recruiting firm headquartered in Columbia, Maryland. Working alongside Arris Architects, our team transformed the space into a high-performance environment tailored for collaboration, focus, and brand identity. The layout integrates over 80 workstations strategically placed for workflow optimization, with zones for quiet concentration and group interaction. The reception area makes a strong first impression, combining sleek millwork, custom-built fixtures, and upscale finishes to reflect Aerotek’s top-tier reputation. A large conference room, fully equipped with AV capabilities and acoustic controls, supports leadership presentations and strategic sessions. The kitchen and café space offer employees an inviting spot to recharge, styled with clean lines, durable materials, and modern fixtures. Built-in cabinetry throughout both phases maintains consistency in design while improving storage and function. The expansion added capacity while preserving flow, integrating seamlessly with the original suite and ensuring operational continuity. Both projects prioritized long-term adaptability through modular infrastructure and thoughtful lighting design.
