Spring Contracting Group partnered with ZA+D to renovate and transform a 2,700 SF restaurant space into what is now Old Line Kitchen & Wine Bar, one of Columbia’s most vibrant destinations for elevated dining and social gatherings. Located at 6741 Columbia Gateway Drive, the restaurant blends Mid-Atlantic seasonal cuisine with a refined yet approachable atmosphere, drawing crowds for lunch, happy hour, and dinner. Our scope included a full interior refresh, featuring all new paint, custom casework, running trims, and detailed millwork that add warmth and character throughout the space. A handcrafted bar and custom bar top anchor the dining experience, complemented by high-end LVT flooring and tile finishes at the bar area for durability and visual appeal. Installations included new beer and wine taps, soda systems, and kitchen equipment to support high-volume service and culinary flexibility. The layout was reimagined to enhance flow between dining zones, bar seating, and private gathering areas, encouraging both intimate meals and lively group experiences. Fireplaces were added to the dining areas to elevate ambiance and comfort, while soundproofing and acoustic treatments help maintain a relaxed atmosphere even during peak hours. High-end audio visual systems, including integrated sound and camera infrastructure, were installed to support entertainment, security, and future programming. Finishes were selected to reflect the restaurant’s commitment to quality and detail, with rich textures, modern fixtures, and durable surfaces that balance style with function. Old Line Kitchen & Wine Bar has quickly become a local favorite, known for its curated wine list, craft cocktails, and thoughtful menu. Spring Contracting Group is proud to have helped bring this vision to life, creating a space where great food, great company, and great design come together.
