Spring Contracting Group partnered with ZA+D to renovate and transform a 2,700 SF restaurant space into what is now Old Line Kitchen & Wine Bar, one of Columbia’s most vibrant destinations for elevated dining and social gatherings. Located at 6741 Columbia Gateway Drive, the restaurant blends Mid-Atlantic seasonal cuisine with a refined yet approachable atmosphere, drawing crowds for lunch, happy hour, and dinner. Our scope included a full interior refresh, featuring custom built-ins, a handcrafted bar, upgraded ceilings, and layered lighting to create warmth and visual interest throughout the space. Installations included new beer and wine taps, soda systems, and kitchen equipment to support high-volume service and culinary flexibility. The layout was reimagined to enhance flow between dining zones, bar seating, and private gathering areas, encouraging both intimate meals and lively group experiences. Finishes were selected to reflect the restaurant’s commitment to quality and detail, with rich textures, modern fixtures, and durable surfaces that balance style with function. The result is a space that feels both upscale and welcoming, with a buzz that matches the energy of its guests. Old Line Kitchen & Wine Bar has quickly become a local favorite, known for its curated wine list, craft cocktails, and thoughtful menu.
