Spring Contracting Group partnered with COPT Defense Properties and LOA Architects to deliver a 5,000 SF interior fit-out for Quevera, a Columbia-based software engineering firm specializing in custom solutions for government clients including defense, healthcare, and financial sectors. The office was designed to support secure, high-performance development work, with over 20 modular workstations integrated using poke-thru floor devices for flexible power and data access. Due to the sensitive nature of the work performed, photography of the secure zones was not permitted, including the main workstation area. The layout includes a welcoming reception area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large conference room with operable partitions for adaptable meeting configurations. Custom millwork and built-in cabinetry were installed throughout to support storage and workflow needs while reinforcing Quevera’s brand identity. Glass doors and interior glazing promote transparency and light flow while maintaining acoustic separation. Flooring was a mix of carpet and luxury vinyl tile, selected for durability and comfort across both collaborative and private zones. The space was designed to foster both technical focus and team connectivity, with attention to lighting, circulation, and material finishes. Spring Contracting Group ensured precise coordination across trades to meet the client’s security and infrastructure requirements.
