Spring Contracting Group was honored to deliver both the custom build-out and expansion of Studio 343 Architects’ 2,900 SF corporate office in Annapolis, MD, an award-winning firm we’ve proudly collaborated with for over a decade. The space was designed to reflect Studio 343’s creative energy and functional needs, featuring a mix of enclosed and open office environments, acoustically treated throughout for quiet productivity. A sleek kitchenette, collaborative conference room, and playful break area balance professionalism with comfort and team culture. Built-in millwork details highlight our attention to craftsmanship and bring warmth to the architectural workspace. The project included high-performance lighting and AV infrastructure to support design presentations and daily operations. Durable finishes and flexible layouts allow the office to evolve with the studio’s growing needs, which led to a successful expansion phase completed a couple of years later. Working with Studio 343 as both client and designer fostered a streamlined delivery process rooted in trust, precision, and shared vision. We’re proud to have shaped a space where design gets designed.
