Zion Pastor Executive Suite

Spring Contracting Group was honored to deliver a highly customized 2,000 SF executive suite for the lead pastor of Zion Church, adjacent to their Greenbelt campus. Designed in collaboration with Waldon Studio Architects, the space reflects both elegance and functionality, tailored for executive meetings, private reflection, and hospitality. Upon entry, guests are welcomed into a refined lounge space complete with a fireplace, recessed lighting, and curated artwork. High-end finishes are present throughout, including tray ceilings, custom built-ins, and designer fixtures that elevate each room. The suite includes multiple offices, a green room, and a comfortable living room style area that balances professional use with residential warmth. Two private bathrooms, one with a full shower, ensure convenience and privacy for extended stays and events. A fully equipped kitchenette supports day to day hosting needs, while integrated TVs and AV infrastructure allow for seamless communication and presentations. Rich tile work and bespoke millwork define the space, with custom wall coverings adding texture and sophistication. The furniture selection and spatial flow encourage quiet conversation or casual gatherings, aligning with the pastor’s leadership role and guest engagement. Acoustic treatments and layout design help maintain a peaceful atmosphere throughout the suite. Every corner was planned for purpose and presence, fostering a sense of spiritual retreat within a professional setting.
